The Grillmaster 4 Dark is a quality BBQ packed with features.
The firebox is stainless steel and the diffusers are adjustable ceramic tiles, designed to create an even and consistent heat across the grill. The burners situated underneath the tiles are stainless steel. The cooktop itself is ceramic coated cast iron which allows for a very hot and even cooking surface and the ceramic coating prevents rust.
The hot plate is reversible with one side being flat, and the other a griddle. The roasting hood is also stainless steel and features a large viewing window. The Grillmaster 4 has lights, which look fantastic but are extremely useful when cooking with the hood closed. The lights make cooking at night much easier.
This barbecue has a rear rotisserie burner for doing spit roasts as well as a side burner. The side burner is ideal for cooking fish, calamari, marinated chicken wings and things of that nature.
The large stainless steel drip tray removes from the front making cleaning the bbq very easy. The ignition is electronic, simply push the button and turn the knob to light the BBQ. This ignition conveniently takes a double AA battery.
The cabinet is stainless steel and has two extremely handy drawers for storage and an area for the gas bottle, complete with slide out gas bottle holder. If your barbecue is on natural gas this area makes a convenient storage space, and the gas bottle slider can easily be removed.
